Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help translate requirements into actionable product improvements, prioritise work that delivers value, and support the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in product, business analysis, engineering, or quality assurance who is looking to further develop their product management career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities\nCollaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to gather, analyse and document product requirements.\nTranslating business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria for development teams.\nSupporting the management and prioritisation of the product backlog to ensure work aligns with business objectives and customer needs.\nPartnering with Engineering and Product teams to facilitate communication, clarify requirements and remove delivery roadblocks.\nContributing to sprint planning activities, helping define achievable goals and priorities for upcoming releases.\nParticipating in sprint reviews and retrospectives, helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nTracking delivery progress and communicating updates, risks and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.\nCreating and maintaining product documentation, including release notes, feature descriptions and supporting materials.\nSkills and Experience\nExperience in a product-focused role such as Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, QA, Engineering, or a similar position.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.\nComfortable working in Agile environments and contributing to iterative product development processes.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring requirements and deliverables are accurately documented and managed.\nA collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across cross-functional teams.\nAdaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha! or Gainsight would be beneficial, alongside an interest in emerging technologies and software development practices.\nAbout Ideagen\nIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
