You'll work closely with customers, support teams, product specialists and engineers to resolve technical challenges, provide guidance on best practices and ensure customers gain maximum value from the platform.\nResponsibilities\nBuilding strong relationships with a portfolio of customers as their primary technical contact\nSupporting implementations, upgrades and platform changes\nInvestigating and resolving complex technical issues\nAdvising on integrations, configuration and platform optimisation\nWorking with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement\nMonitoring customer health and proactively addressing technical risks.\nSkills and Experience\nExperience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant or similar customer-facing technical role\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues\nConfidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExperience managing multiple priorities and customer relationships\nFamiliarity with SaaS products, APIs, integrations or enterprise software environments is beneficial\nAbout Ideagen\nIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
