Reporting to the Creative Director, you will turn raw footage and scripts into YouTube videos that hold attention from the first second to the last, with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.\nThis role is ideal for someone who knows how to build a clear story from hours of footage, land a strong hook, and keep viewers watching, while protecting the context that makes a video worth watching.
