The Content Analyst provides catalog support related to, but not limited to, paper cataloging, digital content, data requirements and strategic initiatives. They must also maintain data quality and must have industry knowledge. The Content Analyst will also be required to maintain competency in the automotive aftermarket and customer specific data standards.\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLeverage market, vehicle, product, catalog, and competitive data to generate actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, support product strategy, and drive business decisions across the European aftermarket\nAnalyze complex data sets within TecDoc environment using application data, VIO, replacement rates identifying coverage gaps and opportunities\nDrive the automation and continuous improvement of data analysis processes \nDrive integration of aftermarket systems such as PIM, DAM, ERP\nSupport data-driven decision-making processes and improve organizational transparency\nEnsure and continuously improve data quality standards across systems, processes and regions\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams\nRespond to internal data requests and provide clear, meaningful insights to support business activities\nManage external customer and partner data requirements, including data preparation, validation, and delivery\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of data-driven processes within the aftermarket business environment\nDevelop and enhance rich content solutions, including 3D product visualizations and Illustrated Parts Lists (IPLs), to improve customer experience\nEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS \nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field required\nMinimum 3 years of experience in data analysis & data management within the automotive aftermarket industry is required\nVery strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellence in Excel and Power-BI, as well as knowledge of SQL and database technologies \nIn-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines, vehicle applications, and automotive systems/standards such as (TecDoc-Standard, PIM-systems) is required\nFluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
