The Senior Material Planner serves as a key liaison between procurement, production, and supply chain teams, driving continuous improvement and supporting operational excellence.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nCreate and oversee detailed material planning strategies based on production forecasts, and customer demand.\nMonitor and adjust inventory to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.\nCollaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve material issues.\nUse ERP systems and analytics tools to interpret trends, forecast material needs, and support decision-making.\nIdentify inefficiencies in material planning processes and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance accuracy, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness.\nEducation and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience\n7+ years of experience \nSkills\nAbility to interpret complex production forecasts, demand trends, and supply constraints.\nDevelop strategic material plans that optimize inventory and support production goals.\nProficient in using advanced planning tools and ERP systems.
