The program is designed to build Dana’s future finance leadership pipeline. It is a perfect career starter for graduates who want to be leaders within Dana.\nThe FDP is a 3-4-year development rotational program where graduates join the Finance organization as full-time hires. The program is designed for graduates who will rotate through three 12-18-month assignments, located throughout the US, before graduating into leadership positions.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nJob Responsibilities\nAn FDP will finish 3 rotations throughout Dana Including:\nAccounts Payable/Receivable (Accountant Role).\nInternal Audit or Corporate FP&A.\nPlant Operations Controlling (FDPs will be expected to relocate to a USA plant to complete this rotation).\nFDPs learn general and specific finance capabilities under the supervision of their manager and mentor.\nEducation and Qualifications\nPosition Requirements and Skills:\nA Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, with a GPA of at least 3.0. \nPrevious intern experience is desirable.\nPossess strong Microsoft Office expertise.\nRequires schedule flexibility, including travel and occasional extended work hours to meet business demands.\nFluency in Spanish is a plus.\nStrong ability to partner with others across the organization.\nStrong initiative and influencing skills.\nExpert organizational skills and mental agility to move among issues and topics with conflicting priorities without losing focus. \nOpen and willing to adapt to change and adjust routines accordingly.\nClear and effective written and verbal communication. \nDetailed Analytical skills.\nStrong business acumen.\nEducation Requirement:\nA bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for accounting or
