Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Business Automation engineering team, driving the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions that support business goals. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution by ensuring engineering efforts are aligned with business priorities, fostering technical excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You'll be working on

• Lead the Business Automation engineering team in delivering scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions.
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps and execution plans.
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Establish and improve engineering best practices, including planning, design reviews, retrospectives, and development standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers to strengthen both technical capabilities and business understanding.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and represent the team's technical direction across the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by turning operational challenges into sustainable engineering practices.
• Ensure engineering initiatives deliver measurable business impact while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in software engineering with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering production systems.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and engineering best practices.
• Experience partnering with Product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong systems thinking and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience working across multiple engineering teams or platform/product organizations is a plus.
