SKU & Routing Configuration\nDefine SKU attributes, eligibility, and configuration rules\nDesign routing logic across multiple providers and channels\nEnsure consistency between:\nBilling intent\nExecution outcomes\n3. End-to-End Execution Support\nCollaborate closely with:\nEngineering\nOperations\nFinance\nBusiness stakeholders\nSupport delivery from:\nRequirement definition → Development → Launch → Monitoring\nTrack progress, highlight risks, and follow through on issues\n4. System State & Edge Case Definition\nDefine system states such as:\nActive, Scheduled, Retry, Failed, Stopped, Reconciled\nAnticipate edge cases and degraded scenarios upfront\nEnsure issues are identified early (before QA or production)\n5.
