needs through interviews, surveys, research, feedback, and usability testing to improve product experiences and usability\nPrototype, test, and iterate ideas quickly through usability testing, A/B testing, and performance data to support experimentation and continuous product improvement\nCreate and maintain design systems, UI components, and design documentation\nCommunicate and present design decisions clearly, using user insights, data, and business reasoning to support design direction\nQualifications\nBackground in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or related fields\n3+ years of experience, including high-potential fresh graduates\nStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design process, problem-solving ability, and visual design capability.\nProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Illustrator, or equivalent\nUnderstanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices\nFamiliarity with KYB/KYC workflows or fintech products is a strong
