You will prepare financial reports, forecasts, and statements, and communicate with departmental managers to complete various reports. You will maintain risk management controls, provide business analysis, and prepare the annual business plan. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nResponsible for all financial reporting, tax packages, internal controls, and cost accounting.\nPrepare all financial reports, trial balance forecasts, profit and expense statements, and other reports supporting cost control.\nCommunicate with all departmental managers in order to complete daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end reports for operations and division management.\nAssist in strategy development in the operations to ensure financial integrity.\nPush continuous improvement and best practices deployment throughout the operations.\nOrganize financial vision and strategies that are in alignment with the overall strategic direction of the corporation and compliance with U.S. GAAP.\nMaintain adequate risk management-based internal controls.\nProvide business analysis on trends, issues, and developments that could impact the operation.\nPrepare annual business plan.\nMonth-end duties involving journal entries, HFM inputting, and ad-hoc reporting.\nPrepare quarterly and year-end reports.\nPrepare monthly account reconciliations.\nWork directly with Dana’s corporate accounting group to provide financial and other information as requested.\nInvolved with internal and external audits, transfer price studies, and fixed asset maintenance.\nEducation and Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in senior-level accounting or finance role.\nStrong interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside Dana in a professional manner and the ability to work in a team environment\nExcellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills\nDemonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word;
