develop comprehensive program plans and work breakdown structures.\nEnsure all program deliverables meet design, quality, production, financial, and timing requirements.\nMaintain detailed project schedules and timing charts in alignment with customer and internal expectations.\nFacilitate regular team meetings and program status reviews, driving accountability across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Purchasing.\nCommunicate program status effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve program issues using root cause analysis and robust change management processes.\nServe as primary liaison with customers, representing program interests and participating in customer meetings.\nMonitor program scope, budget, and schedule to ensure compliance with customer specifications.\nCoordinate staffing needs with functional departments to support program execution.\nOversee design, installation, and validation of production equipment and tooling, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.\nCollaborate with Purchasing to establish pricing, warranty, and delivery targets;
