Escalate issues affecting successful Purchasing supply chain delivery.\nDistribute, follow up and co-ordinate sourcing and costing tasks within global purchasing organization for more conventional category purchased items, like fasteners, bearings, seals etc.\nProcurement and cost modeling of more advanced product specific categories like geared products, aluminum castings and power electronics in line with global commodity strategy.\nResponsible for prototype sourcing, launch management, ordering and follow up.\nLead the launch management activities for Purchasing across Advanced Purchasing LV Europe working with Purchasing Programme Managers and Production Buyers to ensure successful build phase parts delivery on each programme.\nIdentify program risks and establish suitable contingency plans with the team.\nLead the change management within the core team across different platform\nMain Opportunities and Challanges\nThe candidate will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment with the possibility to learn about different technologies that apply to a complex product such as Automotive High Performance transmissions and electric drive units.\nRequirements\nUniversity Master Degree in Engineering/Economic\nThe candidate needs to have a good Purchasing background in structured automotive company (5 years) working within Purchasing environment\nExperience with electrical/electronic components or electrified systems is strongly preferred.\nExperience in supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.\nExposure to new product development and industrialization processes.\nSkills\nHard skills:\nEssential:\nBasic knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement and Change Management experience.\nProblem solving skills.\nBasic negotiations skill\nExcellent office package knowledge\nFluent English\nConsidered as a plus:\nSAP tool\nExperience with global sourcing and supply chain risk management\nFamiliarity with automotive quality standards (PPAP, APQP)\nSoft skills:\nStrategy -
