This role is responsible for reviewing and approving application code changes to ensure high-quality functional results and stable aftermarket systems with minimal disruption to business operations. The position identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to order management and business analytics processes through assessment of current system capabilities and customer requirements. The Business Analyst also develops user education and training materials, investigates system, process, and data issues, and leverages organizational resources to support issue resolution.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nServe as a Salesforce Administrator.\nDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.\nDocument current business processes, data, and physical environments.\nEvaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes, data, and physical environments.\nDefine business and functional requirements based on analysis findings.\nDevelop functional specifications for new processes, logical data models, and physical environments.\nRecommend build, buy, or outsource solutions based on business needs.\nDevelop functional integration test specifications and conduct integration testing and customer acceptance testing.\nIdentify, develop, and deliver training required for implementation activities.\nProvide second-tier support.\nEducation and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline required, or an equivalent combination of education and 5 to 8 years of related professional experience may be considered.\n5+ years of related professional experience.\nKnowledge of SAP.\nExperience with SAP Business Objects and Power BI preferred.\nFluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.\nSkills\nExperience working with project methodologies.\nExperience gathering information and conducting data-gathering activities.\nDevelop process models.\nExperience developing functional specifications for new processes, data structures, and physical environments.\nDevelop functional integration test specifications and conducting integration and customer acceptance testing.\nExperience evaluating and recommending build, buy, or outsource solutions.\nUnderstanding of fundamental business processes and the impact one process can have on another.\nExperience identifying, developing, and delivering training for implementation activities.\nExperience providing second-tier support.\nSix Sigma Black Belt certification or experience in Business Process Management preferred.\nAbove-average analytical skills.\nAbility to communicate technical information effectively to nontechnical users.\nAbove-average decision-making skills.\nEffective team player with strong collaboration skills.\nAbove-average presentation skills.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to work on problems of limited scope and complexity where analysis requires evaluation of established factors and patterns.\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.\nUnsolicited Resumes from Third-Party Recruiters\nPlease note that as per Dana policy, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters unless such recruiters were engaged to provide candidates for a specified opening.
