At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.\nWhat you will do:\nEnsure Direct Tax compliance, including (but not limited to) TDS/WHT returns preparation and filing, TDS/WHT reconciliation and filing Form 15CA, Income Tax Return filings preparation, Advance Tax computations, Tax Audit data provision (Form 3CD), Transfer Pricing data provision(Form 3CEB), and support Income Tax and TP assessments collaborating with tax team, support annual pricing campaign collaborating with Transfer Pricing team.\nEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including FEMA, CSR, Income Tax, TDS, EPF, MSMED, RBI regulations, ICFR controls, transfer pricing, and revenue recognition policies\nPrepare and coordinate various audits/reviews - Statutory, Tax, Internal/Sox, Balance Sheet Review etc and drive control deficiency remediation and process improvement initiatives \nSupport business analytics through timely execution of ad-hoc analyses, reporting, and participate/lead cross-functional initiatives\nWho you are\nProfessional accountant preferably CA or CPA with 3 to 5 years’ experience or accounting degree with 5 to 10 years’ experience\nProven ability to understand and improve the internal controls for increased safeguarding of company assets\nPreviously handled audits from Big 4 or similar firms and mandatory direct tax experience\nDemonstrated experiences to improve processes and in optimizing working capital\nUse of financial reporting tools such as Hyperion, Oracle and Microsoft Excel to provide timely and accurate financial statements.\nCytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
