You will build relationships with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure requirements are met. You will provide solutions and help to develop your team and continuous improvement of our HSE\nThis position reports to the General Manager and is part of the HSE team located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nResponsibilities include all aspects of managing multiple Manufacturing Facilities\nBeing individuals located at manufacturing sites that provide day-to-day EHS support for that facility.\nHandling Department work guided by procedures; Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.\nCompliance with ISO/QSR facilities related requirements.\nCompliance with NOM and other safety requirements.\nCompliance with environmental and municipal requirements.\nPerform special projects as requested.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nBachelor education background in Environmental Health & Safety related.\nExtensive years of working experience in Environmental Health & Safety.\nExperience in facilities management in different locations and expansion projects.\nTraining in safety regulations, leadership, and insurer regulations.\nHave good command in English, oral and written communication skill\nRegistered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) is preferrable.\nMasimo, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
