Join us and become part of a mission-driven team advancing science and unlocking human potential-one discovery at a time.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Buffer Prep Operator II performs and trains others on core Buffer Prep operations, supports advanced processes, and leads inventory and continuous improvement activities with increasing independence and ownership.\nThis position reports to the Buffer Prep Supervisor and is part of Buffer Prep department located in Fargo, ND and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nPerform and train on all Buffer Prep Operator I responsibilities while demonstrating increased independence, consistency, and ownership in daily operations. (50%)\nSupport advanced Buffer Prep processes, including column packing, resin preparation, and ABEC tank operations.\nComplete cycle counts and own continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, ergonomic improvements, and other process improvement projects.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic.\n2 years manufacturing experience\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role\nLifting and moving material and equipment of 50 lbs. or less. Working with large barrel dollies as needed and exhibiting safe practices.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nDocumentation experience in a GDP environment.\nWearing PPE; up to and including hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, gloves, and boot covers.\n1 year in buffer prep manufacturing in a regulated environment preferred.\nAldevron, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
