When you join our team, you’ll be part of a culture that’s driven by passion, challenging the status quo, and making an impact in the lives of others.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Clinical Specialist is responsible for supporting Masimo Products and maintaining customer relationships with a variety of clinicians and other key stakeholders.\nThis position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Sales Team located in East London and working remotely to cover Eastern UK territory.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nBe responsible for educating Masimo customers on our products and solutions.\nTrain new and potential users will be an important aspect of the position; thus an ability to transfer knowledge is a must.\nMaintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, training of existing partner sales force and inservice end- users. PowerPoint presentation skills will be necessary to communicate Masimo’s vision and value proposition.\nLeading on organising and running customer evaluations/deployments alongside the Account manager to educate and position Masimo technology in real world use cases.\nBe part of a professional team and will partner with the efforts of others in the region to advance sales and market penetration of Masimo products and solutions.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nPrior sales/clinical support experience required.\nDirect experience in customer interactions and presentations.\nNurse diploma. Other disciplines considered depending on experience and expertise.\nMin 2-3 years in direct critical care, NICU, PICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit) or emergency medical experience.\nInterest or experience in Digital Health or Healthcare IT systems used within the hospital\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:\nAbility to travel approximately 60% of the time, with overnight stays as required, within the assigned territory.\nMust have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nIndependent problem solver with prior managerial/leadership experience\nAt Masimowe believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
