Together, we accelerate the discovery, development, and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs the EHS Value Stream Manager, you will provide practical, site-wide Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) support across a high-volume, high-hazard manufacturing environment. Working closely with operational teams involved in medical device and membrane manufacturing, you will help drive compliance, reduce risk, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nKey responsibilities include:\nActing as a visible and proactive EHS partner across manufacturing, Facilities, and support functions, ensuring EHS is embedded into everyday operations.\nLeading and enhancing EHS management systems, supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards through audits, compliance activities, action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManaging key compliance programmes, including environmental permits, industrial hygiene monitoring, occupational health screening, and regulatory reporting.\nDriving risk reduction efforts through incident investigations, process safety initiatives, chemical management, management of change processes, contractor control, and environmental compliance.\nSupporting site resilience by partnering with Facilities and operational teams on statutory inspections, infrastructure projects, business continuity planning, emergency exercises, and improvement programmes.\nWho You Are\nYou are a passionate EHS professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams to create a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.\nYou will bring:\nA degree in a relevant discipline or a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.\nExperience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nA practical, hands-on approach to embedding EHS into day-to-day operations.\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with shopfloor teams, contractors, senior leaders, and regulatory bodies.\nA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, using data, audits, investigations, and employee feedback to drive positive change.\nThe ability to coach and influence others, building trust and promoting a strong safety culture.\nDesirable Experience\nIt would be advantageous if you also have experience in:\nProcess Safety\nBusiness Continuity Planning\nFacilities Management\nWhat We Offer\nIn addition to a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and development, this role offers:\nAnnual bonus/incentive scheme\nRelocation support package\nCompetitive salary\nGenerous paid time off\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees\nThe opportunity to make a real impact within a global organisation dedicated to improving human health\n\nKey improvements:\nReduced repetition and tightened the company introduction.\nMade responsibilities and requirements more concise and impactful.\nImproved the flow and readability with clearer section headings.\nStrengthened the candidate-focused language to make the advert more engaging and attractive.\nJoin our winning team today.
