This includes providing technical support either on site or via phone, email and remote support to end users.\nThe successful candidate should be capable of handling advanced complaints, troubleshoot independently and possess the ability to work with customers and vendors at both business and technical levels.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nResponsible for providing outstanding customer service and performing all the required service activities needed to support all Leica products (Histology, Pathology Imaging, Advance Staining) including other Op-Co products that cover different technical aspects like hardware, software and connectivity\nAcquire extensive and sound product knowledge by working closely with other team members to provide technical solutions and support to our customers in an effective manner.\nEnsure that the relevant service KPIs are met by delivering consistent service levels that meet customers’ expectations, maximizing system performance, minimizing downtime and improving customer feedback scores.\nPerforms additional tasks assigned by Management.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nDiploma /Degree in Computer engineering, Bio-medical engineering, Electronics or equivalent education and experience.\nMin 3 - 5 year’s + experience in Medical /life science products.\nWithin Danaher Diagnostics, we offer a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
