The Global Commercial Growth Programs Operations Manager, Genomic Medicine is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and execution discipline across global commercial growth programs for Cytiva’s Genomic Medicine business. This role partners with commercial, marketing, product, regional, and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable operating mechanisms, measurable execution plans, and adoption-ready processes that accelerate growth, improve customer engagement, and strengthen commercial performance.

This position reports to the Commercial Excellence and Operations Leader, Genomic Medicine and is part of the Genomic Medicine Commercial Excellence and Operations team located fully remote.

What you will do:

• Lead global commercial growth program operations for Genomic Medicine, including program governance, operating cadence, milestone tracking, risk management, and leadership reporting across regions and functions. Partner with regional commercial teams, business unit leaders, marketing, product management, finance, and operations to drive alignment on priority growth initiatives, customer engagement processes, pipeline visibility, and commercial execution requirements.
• Translate Genomic Medicine commercial strategy into clear execution plans, success metrics, standard work, and enablement materials that support adoption by sales, sales specialists, field application specialists, regional leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and manage performance management mechanisms, dashboards, and KPI routines to monitor program health, adoption, commercial impact, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive change management and communication plans that ensure consistent understanding, engagement, and execution of global growth programs across diverse markets and stakeholder groups.
• Identify operational gaps, process variation, and barriers to execution; apply Danaher Business System principles and continuous improvement methods to simplify, standardize, and improve commercial program effectiveness.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.

• Multiple years of experience in Sales, Technical sales, commercial operations, sales operations, program management, strategic initiatives, or business operations within life sciences, biotechnology, bioprocessing, diagnostics, or a related industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional commercial programs, managing execution plans, tracking performance metrics, and driving adoption across regional or global stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Copilot, and commercial systems or analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel - list specifics 20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in genomic medicine, cell and gene therapy, bioprocessing, or advanced therapeutics markets with a specific focus in process development.
• Experience applying Danaher Business System, Lean, continuous improvement, or commercial standard work methods.
• Experience supporting global sales enablement, account planning, pipeline management, commercial analytics, or customer engagement initiatives.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $115-125k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Bonus / Incentive Pay

10% of annual base salary through ICP Achievement

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
