DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, building and deploying scalable AI-enabled applications that create measurable business value across Danaher operating companies.

You will serve as a technical leader within multidisciplinary delivery teams, helping transform innovative AI capabilities into secure, reliable and production-ready solutions that can be adopted and scaled across the enterprise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, build and integrate scalable full-stack solutions leveraging modern front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices and AI technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and user experiences that integrate advanced AI capabilities into business workflows, scientific processes and enterprise solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, instruments, data sources and operational systems to create connected and scalable business capabilities.
• Apply software engineering best practices, DevSecOps principles, observability standards and modern development approaches to ensure secure, reliable and maintainable applications.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Platform, Data, AI Scientists and AI Engineers to deliver production-grade AI solutions and reusable application capabilities across Danaher. The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated success building enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions and AI-enabled software products.
• Strong hands-on experience developing modern applications using technologies such as .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices and cloud services.
• Proven understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide delivery teams and collaborate across multiple technical disciplines. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Building AI-enabled applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, Enterprise Copilots, AI assistants or Generative AI technologies.
• Working with data engineering, analytics platforms, cloud-native AI services and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Delivering enterprise software modernisation, digital transformation or large-scale application development initiatives within complex business environments.
