This role manages planning parameters, monitors material availability and inventory health, resolves supply constraints, and partners across functions to improve On-Time Delivery, working capital, and planning performance.\nThis position reports to theSenior Manager of Supply Chainand is part of theMaterials Planning departmentlocated in Boulder, CO, and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nDevelop and maintain material plans that align supply with production requirements, customer demand, and inventory targets. \nMonitor material availability, planning signals, and inventory health; identify shortages, excess, and obsolescence risks and drive timely resolution. \nOptimize SAP planning parameters, stocking levels, and order quantities using demand patterns, lead times, service requirements, and business priorities. \nPartner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Scheduling, Customer Care, and other supply chain teams to resolve constraints and support reliable On-Time Delivery. \nUse data, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods to strengthen planning accuracy, inventory performance, standard work, and system capabilities. \nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. \nA minimum of 3 years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, inventory management, supply chain, or operations. \nExperience using an enterprise resource planning system, such as SAP, to manage material requirements planning, inventory, and planning parameters. \nExperience analyzing demand, inventory, lead-time, and supply data to identify shortages, excess inventory, and material risks. \nProficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable data-analysis tools for planning, reporting, and decision support. \nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nCertified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM). \nIDT, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
