This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and our global and local IT support team to ensure stable, secure, and efficient production.\nThis position reports to the Global IT Support Manager and is part of the Global IT department, working closely with IT Client Support and the Global Operations Digital Excellence (GODE) department. The position is an on-site role located at our facility in Stargard, Poland.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\n· Provide advanced IT support for production-related systems and equipment.\n· Support and troubleshoot technologies connected to manufacturing cells, including PLC-connected systems, Label printers and printing solutions, Industrial PCs and workstations, Production network connectivity and related infrastructure.\n· Act as the primary IT escalation point for complex production issues impacting manufacturing operations.\nThe essential requirements of the job include\n· +3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or manufacturing IT.\n· Experience supporting production or industrial environments.\n· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and network technologies.\n· Experience driving root cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions.\n· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:\nSome travel is to be expected, for participating in team events and/or workshops.
