This entry-level role is foundational to maintaining harmonized payroll workflows and offers growth into more complex payroll responsibilities.\nThis position reports to a Payroll Manager and is part of the Corporate organization. Candidates that currently sit on-site or remotely will maintain their current location.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nInput and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes. Validate timekeeping records to ensure completeness and accuracy.\nAssist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple countries. Help prepare off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments.\nRespond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed. Provide guidance on pay statements and banking information setup.\nMaintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation for complex pay groups. Support compliance with local tax and labor regulations in more complicated jurisdictions.\nFollow standardized payroll procedures and contribute to documentation efforts. Participate in testing and rollout of new payroll systems or updates.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nAssociate degree or a minimum of 3 years of related payroll experience\nMinimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience for an APAC country,\nUnderstanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting requirements\nGood level of written and spoken English, any other APAC region language is a plus\nProven experience in processing high volume transactions while keeping focused on quality of delivery and accuracy\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nFamiliarity with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.\nStrong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.\nClear and professional communication with employees and team members.\nWillingness to learn and grow within a regional payroll environment.\nDanaher offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
