DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.

We look forward to welcoming you to our organisation. In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring production AI applications remain reliable, supportable and valuable through proactive monitoring, effective incident resolution and continuous service.

This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide production support for enterprise AI applications, AI agents, dashboards, and analytics solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and user satisfaction.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues reported by business users, including root cause analysis, bug fixes, and implementation of preventive measures.

• Monitor application health, performance, usage patterns, and AI model behavior, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, platform, data, and business stakeholders to prioritize support requests, enhancements, and production releases.

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of new AI capabilities and enhancements when production support demand is low.

The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in application support, software engineering, AI engineering, or production operations roles.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python, modern web technologies such as React, and API-based application development.
• Experience supporting Generative AI solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, chatbots, or conversational AI applications in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, including fundamental compute, storage, and database services such as EC2, S3, Azure Blob Storage, RDS, SQL Server, and related cloud-native services.

It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In:

• Using monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or similar platforms.
• Working with Snowflake, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise-scale data integration solutions.
• Healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or other regulated industry environments.
