Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.\nLearn about theDanaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) is responsible for improving the existing product portfolio in strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders by driving the design of new solutions.\nThis positionreports to theSenior Manager, Software Engineeringandis part of theCell Therapy R&DdepartmentlocatedinSigny, Switzerlandand willbe an on-site role.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and maintain high-quality software design and architecture\n\nParticipate in development and improvement of existing products following our QMS\n\nProvide support in all stages of the SDLC (requirements analysis, design, implementation, reviews, unit and integration testing, documentation, V&V)\n\nClose R&D collaboration with the project manager, engineering, and biology teams\n\nLead technical investigations on complex problems\n\nEnsure compliance with ISO13485 or ISO9001 standards and other QMS requirements\n\nWho you are:\nUniversity degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent\n\n15+ years of work experience (5+ years in a senior role) with the strong knowledge of C# and C/C++\n\nStrong architectural and technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical decisions across multiple products and teams\n\nExperience working in regulated environments (e.g. medical devices, life sciences, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, or other compliance-driven industries)\n\nFluent in English; French is a plus\n\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nApplicable standards and quality systems such as IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and GxP-compliant software development practices.\n\nEmbedded systems\n\nCytiva,a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
