Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System, which makes everything possible.\nThe Staff Enterprise Solutions Architect is responsible for shaping and evolving Cytiva's integration and event-driven architecture landscape, enabling secure, scalable and real-time connectivity across enterprise applications, cloud platforms and external partners. This role drives adoption of API-led and event-driven integration patterns, including messaging platforms and event mesh technologies, while establishing architecture standards that improve business agility, operational resilience and digital transformation outcomes.\nThis position reports to Director - Enterprise Solution Architecture and is part of the Solution Architect team located in Bangalore (India) and will be an on-site role.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign and evolve a scalable and secure integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals\nDesign and govern Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions using asynchronous messaging, publish/subscribe and event streaming patterns. Define architecture standards and best practices for event brokers, messaging platforms and event mesh technologies such as Solace.\nCollaborate with solution architects, software engineer teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for event-driven integration and real-time business processes.\nLead the implementation of integration solutions between Cytiva’s enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, etc.), focusing on API Management, B2B, and process automation.\nDevelop and maintain reusable frameworks, architecture documentation, and technical standards in collaboration with architecture and development teams.\nSupport platform lifecycle management by working with internal teams and vendors to ensure integration platforms remain current and secure\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience with 8+ years of experience in Integration architecture and integration platforms.\nStrong experience designing and implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions. Experience with enterprise messaging platforms such as Solace, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, AWS Event Bridge or equivalent technologies.\nHands-on expertise in Boomi, including Integration, API Management, and B2B/EDI\nStrong track record in developing integration solutions using SQL, Java, JSON, XML, EDI, AS2, SOAP/REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).\nDemonstrated ability to resolve complex technical problems under pressure through collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear, audience-appropriate communication.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nHolding or actively pursuing the Boomi Professional Architect, Solace Certified Engineer or equivalent integration certifications.\nWorking knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and MDM platforms\nCytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a wide array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
