Champion a “first-time fix” mindset to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.\nTeam Leadership & Development:\nInspire and grow your team through coaching, mentoring, and clear development plans. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.\nOperational Excellence:\nLead by example in driving daily management and KPI performance. Identify root causes of systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions using DBS tools.\nBusiness Growth & Financial Performance:\nDrive revenue growth through service agreement sales and lead generation. Collaborate with Sales to support strategic initiatives and optimize service offerings. Manage district P&L to meet profit targets.\nProcess Improvement & Innovation:\nChampion kaizen and DBS methodologies to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Partner cross-functionally to develop value-driven service packages.\n\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\n\nBachelor’s degree and/ or equivalent experience with 6+ years of experience leading field employees OR Master’s degree in the same with 5+ years of experience OR Associate's degree in the same and 8+ years of experience.\n\nInclination and ability to listen to various stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Sales) and generate actionable insights. Deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.\n\nCommunicate expectations regarding performance and hold people accountable for results.\n\nStrong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills. Commercial experience, including direct selling of products or services. Exposure to and ownership of a P&L.\n\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:if applicable for role\n\nAbility to travel – list specifics 25% - 30% of the time within region and/or business unit locations within the United States.\n\nThis role is fully remote, associate must live within District region, preferably San Francisco (Bay Area).\n\nMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record\n\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\n\nSupervisor or managerial experience leading a remote Field Service team.\n\nThe annual salary range for this role is $135,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
