This role builds on foundational payroll knowledge and serves as a key contributor to issue resolution, process improvement, and junior team member support, with a clear progression path toward Payroll Specialist roles.\nThis position reports to Payroll Manager and is part of the Corporate organization. The role is open to candidates located in Poland or Hungary and can be performed remotely from either location.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nProcess assigned country or regional payrolls across EMEA, control system integration, upload master data, review and validate payroll data including new hires, terminations, transfers, allowances, and deductions\nValidate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.\nMaintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.\nCollaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration to ensure regional consistency. Support the rollout of standardized payroll workflows across the region.\nSupport documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures. Provide input on harmonization milestones and system enhancements.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or Business, or minimum 3 years of related finance or payroll experience\n1 year of experience processing payroll or working in a data driven environment\nExperience with processing assigned country or regional payrolls across EMEA while also reviewing and validating complex payroll data including new hires, terminations, transfers, benefits, allowances, and deductions\nPractical experience with payroll and HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar) \nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nExcellent level of spoken and written English. German or any other EMEA language would be an advantage.\nEffective communication skills for engaging with employees and cross-functional stakeholders.\nProven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-country operational environment.\nJoin our winning team today.
