Here, you will work on meaningful projects alongside passionate colleagues, driving progress and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Field Service Engineer is responsible for managing technical enquiries across SEA and Taiwan region, perform installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of the Leica Microsystems products at customer sites and is instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction through communication and transfer of know-how to the customers, channel partners and internal company stakeholders.\nThis position reports to the Service Manager, SEA & Taiwan and is part of the Customer Support function located in our Leica Microsystems Singapore office and will be required to work on-site at customer location either in Singapore or Oversea.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nTo drive growth in service business and meet all service metrics\nTo work with cross-functional teams, global technical teams and channel partners\nTo ensure customer satisfaction and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is delivered\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nExperience in the Field Service Delivery operation, especially in medical devices and healthcare equipment industry.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in field service delivery function\nGood team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role\nAbility to travel - 20 - 30% travel, overnight, within territory or locations\nMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record\nAbility to lift, move or carry equipment and service tools\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nDemonstrated experience in SFDC Service Lightning management CRM tool\nAble to plan and multi-task\nDemonstrated knowledge in technical troubleshooting remotely\nLeica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
