Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing professional field service and technical support to customers, including equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, IQOQ and other service activities, to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.\nThis position reports to the Zone Service Manager-TW and is part of the EQS East&South-TW located in TAIWAN and will be an fully remote.\nWhat you will do:\nProvide high-quality technical service and support to customers, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and technical training.\nManage field service activities within the assigned territory, ensuring service quality, KPI achievement, customer satisfaction (NPS), and timely service documentation in accordance with company quality requirements.\nSupport service business growth by identifying customer needs and service opportunities, promoting service agreements and lifecycle solutions, and collaborating with Sales, Service Sales, Technical Support, and other cross-functional teams.\nWho you are:\nBachelor's degree or above in Biomedical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with good English communication skills.\n1-3 years or more of relevant experience, preferably in field service, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical support, with strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\nStrong customer focus, integrity, accountability, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage customer and business-critical situations.\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:\nAbility to travel - list specifics 80% travel, overnight, within territory or locations \nAbility to work independently at customer sites, laboratories, and manufacturing environments as required.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nPrevious experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or bioprocess industry.\nKnowledge or experience in automation, electrical/electronic systems, instrumentation, PLC, computer/network troubleshooting, or GMP-regulated environments.\nCytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
