Surrounded by a diverse and collaborative global community, you’ll be inspired each day to stretch, grow, and make an impact.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nWe are looking for a Field Service Engineer preferably based In Torino (Piemonte)\nThe FSE provides technical service and support in the field on Advance Staining/CH/PI equipment within Leica Biosystems (LBS), ISO, FDA, and budgetary guidelines with the objectives of minimizing customer downtime and generating revenue opportunities for LBS.\n In this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nProvide installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on various Advanced Staining instruments\nEffectively communicate with internal colleagues and external customers within established time guidelines in order to meet customer’s expectations\nDocument and complete service administration activities in a timely manner in order to comply with ISO, FDA, and Company policies\nEnsure the on-time and appropriate application of all published Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) that are issued by the Business Unit recommending or mandating updates or changes to the Instruments in the field\nActively support the sale of service contracts, assist sales representatives and service engineers with system configurations and upgrades, and provide input on ways to improve financial performance in order to generate service revenue\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nTechnical High School Diploma (Mechanic, Electric, Electronic...)\nAt least 3 years of experience as a FSE in the Biomedical industry, dealing with Hospital equipments (diagnostic laboratories)\nGood English (both written and spoken)\nGood IT skills (Advanced Staining equipment runs with computers and is connected to networks)\nWorks with integrity and understands compliance requirements\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:\nWillingness to travel extensively (80% of travel activity with some trainings abroad)\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nExperience in Anatomy Pathology\nTeam player but able to work also autonomously\nExcellent organizational skills\nThis role is classified under the applicable CCNL as CBA 2nd level, which defines minimum terms, job classification, and baseline progression frameworks. The expected gross annual salary range for this role is 41.333€ - 48.667€ , determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills, and role-related competencies.\nThis job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as 5% of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.\nThis job is also eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits.
