What you will do: Define and drive software testing and verification strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, and risk-based testing. Design, review, and execute test scenarios and test cases, lead integration and end-to-end testing, analyze failures, and drive effective defect resolution. Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify quality risks, requirement gaps, traceability issues, and testability concerns early in the development lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and mentoring in software testing and quality engineering, driving best practices, continuous improvement, and release-readiness assessments. Improve testing processes, methodologies, tools, and efficiency, including leveraging AI-assisted testing for test design, automation, failure analysis, and overall software quality.
