This role involves assessing training needs, designing curriculum, and coordinating various learning initiatives to support employee development and organizational goals.\nThis position reports to the General Manager and is part of the Training team located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nConduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps in employee skills and knowledge.\nCollaborate with department heads to understand organizational objectives and align training programs accordingly.\nDesign and develop training materials, curriculum, and resources.\nCoordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.\nImplement assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.\nManage logistical aspects of training, including scheduling, venue coordination, and participant registration.\nDevelop and implement career development programs to support employee growth and retention.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nDiploma/Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or any other relevant certificate that may be considered in lieu of a Dip/Degree.\nYears of experience in Training Management with related experience\nStrong Communication skill. \nWork Independently, deadline-focused, self-motived & pro-active\nProven Experience in Instructional design and training delivery.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies\nAbility to collaborate with various stakeholders and build effective working relationships. \nMasimo, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
