Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Planner is responsible for managing finished goods and ensuring optimal inventory and OTD for Cytiva Membrane Manufacturing by following Danaher quality standards and best practices.\nThis position reports to the Sr. Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Supply Chain Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.\nWhat you will do:\n· Manage FIFO, LIFO, consumption, and shelf-life related planning of shipments for Finished Goods from manufacturing plant to distribution center and device sites\n· Ensure Inventory controls including receipt, storage, shipping, and cycle count transactions are posted timely and accurately\n· Manage demand signals for strategic stock items on manufacturing site to ensure attainment of target inventory levels\n· Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling needs with distribution center team to ensure safe, high quality, and visually managed inventory storage of materials\n· Investigate, expeditiously resolve, and implement permanent countermeasures for Oracle/SAP orderbook flow discrepancies ensuring accurate and timely signals to manufacturing plant of true demand.\nWho you are:\n· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or experience in lieu of education.\n· 3+ years proven experience in warehouse operations, customer order planning, or supply chain management, preferably within the medical industry.\n· Proficiency in utilizing the Oracle and/or SAP system for order planning, warehouse management, shipping, or receiving\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProven ability to effectively manage a process with good attention to details.\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:\nAbility to travel - 10% in-week travel within U.S. to Manufacturing and internal Customer sites\nMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record\nAbility to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb\nundefined\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nExperience in both SAP and Oracle planning experience\nStrong excel and office suite skillset\nDemonstrated application of 5S, Kanban, PFEP, and other Lean tools in previous roles\nCytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
