When you join our team, you’ll be part of a culture that’s driven by passion, challenging the status quo, and making an impact in the lives of others.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Planner is responsible for Quarterly, Monthly and Daily planning processes to help ensure optimal plans are established for the manufacturing of products such that materials can be purchased.\nThis position reports to the Planning Manager and is part of the Planning Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nProduction Planning: Create and manage production orders based on build plans and customer demand.\nCapacity & Demand Analysis: Compare production demand with available capacity, identify constraints, and escalate issues.\nForecasting & Inventory: Support demand forecasting, monitor forecast accuracy, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.\nCross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Finance, and Distribution to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify forecast gaps, trends, and supply chain issues, and support S&OP activities and other supply chain projects.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics Operations, Business or Marketing is required.\nExperience in supply chain planning, with strong knowledge of planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, customer service, and distribution.\nStrong understanding of demand forecasting and how forecasts impact production, inventory, and overall business operations.\nExcellent quantitative, statistical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nPhysical/Environment Requirements:\nIndoor role requiring standing/walking.\nMust follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and operate only approved low-risk tools.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nWarehouse and Inventory control prior experience in manufacturing facility.\nMasimo, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.\nThis job is also eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits and specifically phone allowance, medical card, dental allowance and optical allowance.
