When you join our team, you’ll be part of a culture that’s driven by passion, challenging the status quo, and making an impact in the lives of others.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Process Technician is responsible for performing assigned technical tasks, assist with process development and generation of visual instructions and procedures, completes assigned duties on time, follows document procedures, and maintains compliance.\nThis position reports to the Manager, Manufacturing Engineering and is part of the Engineering team located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nCreate manufacturing documentation required to support manufacturing, testing, and production operations.\nCreate simple tools, fixtures, and jigs to support production operations.\nInitiate troubleshooting, root cause analysis and identifying effective solutions to production problems or NPI projects.\nCoordinate communication to Production Operators or Process Engineers on root causes analysis and findings.\nAssist Process Engineers in executing Continuous Improvement activity - Yield, Cycle Time improvement etc.\nSupports investigation of non-conforming materials.\nSupport and perform validation activities (IQ, OQ and PQ) lead by Process Engineers.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nCertificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronics or higher.\nMin 1 year of experience in Production Sustaining and/or New Product Introduction Projects.\nDemonstrated skills in basic electronics and/or mechanical design aptitude.\nBonus / Incentive Pay\nUp to 10% of annual base salary.\nThis job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
