Find what drives you on a team with a more than 75-year history of discovery, determination, and innovation.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Production Manager is responsiblefor daily operation of production, production planning and material management to perform Taiwan Operations factory including people/resource management.\nThis position reports to the Operations Director and is part of the Tsukuba Operations located in Taiwan and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nLeads daily management to drive sustainable, continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Productivity, On Time Delivery, and materials management\nMaximize productivity and manufacturing efficiency of production, maintenance\nIdentifies and implements strategic opportunities to drive cost reductions / productivity improvements in manufacturing operations\nEffectively plans capacity to maintain headcount, overtime, factory expenses and fiscal budgets to goals as set by the Plant Manager\nManages the Performance and Development Process for all direct reports, including providing coaching and development opportunities to maximize potential\nEffectively communicates requirements using a team approach to accomplish goals and objectives of the business\nExcellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, in addition to being results oriented, creative and self-motivated\nThe essential requirements of the job include :\nTechnical College or university degree (or equivalent)\nLong-standing experience in Production/Factory management\nSafety and Environment management knowledge/experience\nKnowledge of ISO and experience of certification audit\nKaizen, continuous improvement experience include 5S activities\nStrong information-gathering skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills\nGood English conversation/communication skills\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role\nAbility to travel - travel a few times a year\nMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record\nundefined\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nEngineering skills\nHazardous materials engineer\nMechatronics/factory automation knowledge\nPall Corporation,a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
