Your work will enable smarter bioprocess control, predictive insights, and optimization strategies, accelerating the development of life-saving therapeutics.\nThis position reports to the Senior Research Manager and is part of the Central Technology Organization (CTO) R&D department located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.\nWhat you will do:\nWork closely with scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful solutions by applying statistical analysis, ML and AI techniques.\nPerform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model development, validation, and performance assessment, on structured and unstructured data.\nDesign and develop Agentic AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool calling, and multi-agent workflows while applying strong analytical and data science principles to extract insights, build predictive models, and drive decision-making\nBuild data pipelines, integrate with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and deploy AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.\nStay current with advances in ML / AI / Gen AI / Agentic AI areas, and contribute to reusable AI assets, best practices, and technical standards methodologies.\nWho you are:\nMaster’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering or related fields\n4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI\nStrong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and related tools.\nExperience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and Agentic AI frameworks.\nFamiliarity with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nBioprocessing or life sciences \nAWS or Azure AI/ML services, MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, model deployment, and monitoring\nJoin our winning team today.
