Here, you will work on meaningful projects alongside passionate colleagues, driving progress and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Sales Representative is responsible for achieving the goals of Leica’s Life Science Division and driving market expansion and growth.\nThis position reports to the LSR Division manager and is part of the LMS Korea located in Seoul and will be a remote role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nAchieve assigned order/sales targets and strategic objectives.\nProvide monthly and weekly order/sales forecasts.\nDrive direct sales for key accounts and coordinate distributor sell-through to end-users.\nLead solution development and manage Life Science Research funnels while coaching distributors.\nDevelop new qualifying distributors, maintain strong key account relationships, and ensure compliance.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nBachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, biophysics, or a related field.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in sales or channel management within Life Science Research or biotech markets.\nExperience with microscopy or Life Science Research instrumentation, plus knowledge of biological imaging applications and workflows.\nSystems proficiency: SFDC (CRM), Windows, MS Office, and external device connectivity; ability to troubleshoot imaging hardware/software.\nLanguage: Fluent Korean and Business-level English.\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role\nAbility to travel up to 50% of total working time.\nMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nAdvanced degree (MS or PhD) in life sciences or related field.\nExperience in customer-facing technical/field support.\nExperience maintaining or troubleshooting advanced microscopy/imaging systems.\nJoin our winning team today.
