This role partners with business stakeholders, service operations, customer support, and commercial IT teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve technician productivity, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.\nThis position reports to the Sr. Manager, Commercial CRM and is part of the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement Team and will be fully remote.\nIn this role, your responsibilities will include:\nDesigning and sustaining dependable real-time integration between our FSL and Oracle ERP systems\nCollaborating with stakeholders to optimize service workflows and tools\nDeveloping a field service management platform that exemplifies best-in-class standards for our users\nThe essential job requirements are:\nSalesforce Field Service Consultant Certification\nA Computer Science or Technical Degree or equivalent experience.\nAt least 3 years of experience with FSL and Salesforce mobile platforms\nAt least 3 years working with Field Service Lightning\nAt least 5 years developing Webservice APIs and Lightning Web Component (LWC) development\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nPlatform User Experience Designer Certification\nService Cloud experience\nSCIEX, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
