Through reliable execution, accurate documentation and contribution to structured problem-solving and continuous improvement, the role supports product quality, regulatory readiness, operational performance and the consistent delivery of products that meet customer and business needs\nThis position reports to the Graeme Garner and is part of the Technical Operations team located in Newcastle and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nExecute laboratory and operational activities supporting product quality, compliance, and lifecycle management.\nMaintain regulatory compliance, quality standards, and accurate technical documentation.\nSupport continuous improvement, investigations, and operational excellence initiatives.\nContribute to successful delivery of NPI, PLCM, and business-critical Technical Operations programmes\nThe essential requirements of the job include\nRelevant scientific qualification (BSc, MSc or equivalent experience) in a scientific discipline.\nAbility to work effectively in a regulated environment, following approved procedures, maintaining accurate records, and complying with quality and regulatory requirements\nStrong laboratory and operational capability, with the ability to complete assigned activities accurately, safely, and to agreed quality and timeline expectations.\nJoin our winning team today.
