This role brings HR strategies to life on the ground by enabling people leaders, supporting associates, and ensuring consistent, compliant activation of global HR initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs).\nThis position reports to the Sr HR Director and is part of the Pall HR Team supporting our Aerospace division located in New Port Richie, Florida and will be an on-site role.\nThis position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nEnable people leaders to effectively use HR self-service tools, case management, and standard HR processes as the primary entry point for support\nAct as the local HR expert, advising leaders on people-related matters including employee relations, engagement, compliance, and culture\nTranslate and activate global HR standards, policies, and programs into compliant, consistent local delivery\nLead and support local HR initiatives, change efforts, and site-critical moments requiring on-the-ground presence\nChampion a positive, inclusive, and safety-first workplace culture aligned to Danaher values\nThe essential requirements of the job include :\nUndergraduate degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources through HR management, with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, people leader support, and local HR delivery in a manufacturing environment\nStrong working knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR governance\nExperience partnering with business leaders and HR COEs to deliver HR programs across the talent lifecycle and Supporting non-desk, manufacturing populations\nProficiency using HR systems, digital self-service tools, and case management platforms\nAbility to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization\nTravel Requirements:\nAbility to travel up to 10% regionally or globally\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nExperience with New Hire Onboarding and Training\nAbility to recruit, train, and motivate employees to balance staffing strength and develop future leaders.\nLeading local change management or transformation initiatives\nDanaher offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
