Ensure all software activities adhere to our Quality Management System, Cybersecurity process compliance and meet committed timelines.\nThis position reports to the Director Engineering and is part of the Engineering team located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.\nAt Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.\nWhat you will do:\nBe part of new products development & product care projects for Life Sciences by meeting business defined delivery metrics.\nParticipate in technical design reviews to ensure specifications, change management and quality requirements delivered in line with definitions.\nFacilitate new projects proposals, sustenance of legacy product lines by working hand in hand with Product Managers/Customer inputs.\nCollaborate with global and local cross functional teams, support team and OEM for product development and support.\nEnsure compliance with QMS, Regulatory, Cybersecurity, CRA and other requirements.\nContinually develop self and the team to meet project deliverables and career aspirations.\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent.\nMinimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in Software Design, Development, and product care.\nHands-on experience in developing Desktop applications using C++, JAVA, VC++ (WinForms, MFC), C# (WPF, .NET) or equivalent.\nExperience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) and strong knowledge in OOAD, OOPS, Design patterns, Unit-testing frameworks, and Agile processes\nFamiliar with interoperability between managed & unmanaged code and inter-process communication and programming for software driven instruments.\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nCandidates with experience in design and development of Life sciences systems and knowledge of the Secure Development Lifecycle will be an added advantage\nPrior experience in full cybersecurity compliance requirements of the Life Sciences industry will be preferred\nExperience with Hardware interface layer and firmware code will be a huge advantage\nCytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
