Through attention to detail, operational discipline, and a commitment to service excellence, you'll contribute to a reliable client experience and efficient business operations.\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nSupport the accurate movement, tracking, and documentation of assets, materials, and equipment throughout the organization.\nProcess inbound, outbound, returned, and transferred assets while ensuring accurate system updates and documentation.\nPerform equipment intake, inspections, condition assessments, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory integrity.\nCoordinate the retrieval, staging, storage, and deployment of assets to support operational and project requirements.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and transactional data within inventory, logistics, and operational systems.\nPerform routine cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy.\nOrganize and maintain warehouse, storage, and staging areas to support safety, efficiency, and asset accessibility.\nPartner with warehouse, transportation, installation, service, and project teams to coordinate asset movement and operational handoffs.\nAssist with daily planning of resources, equipment, workloads, and priorities to meet business and service commitments.\nEnsure transportation activities comply with applicable DOT regulations, vehicle inspection requirements, and company safety standards.\nMonitor operational performance related to inventory accuracy, productivity, timeliness, quality, and customer service.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and process failures and support corrective action planning.\nFollow established standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution across all locations and operations.\nUtilize business systems and operational tools to maintain accurate records, reporting, and status visibility.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and service delivery.\nMaintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment while supporting company safety initiatives and operational best practices.\nWhat you’ll bring to this role:High school diploma or equivalent required.\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record.\nExperience operating straight trucks and supporting transportation or logistics activities.\nKnowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, transportation, or asset management processes preferred.\nUnderstanding of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, safety requirements, and transportation compliance practices preferred.\nCertification and/or demonstrated experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively within a fast-paced logistics environment strongly preferred.\nExperience handling high-value, technical, healthcare, or regulated equipment preferred.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and process consistency.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across locations, teams, and operational functions.\nExperience performing inventory counts, audits, reconciliations, and asset tracking activities.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nBasic proficiency with inventory systems, operational software, and Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.\nPhysical ability to safely lift, move, transport, and handle equipment and materials throughout the workday.\nCommitment to workplace safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.\nKey Behaviors to Succeed in the Role\nAll Employees: Collaborates | Accountable | Innovative | Customer Focused | Self Development | Courage\nAbout dancker\nFounded in 1829, dancker partners with leading organizations to transform their spaces into high-performing destinations that build community, shape culture, and drive business results.\nAs a unified community of specialized brands-ForBuild (specialty construction), DBE Systems (integrated technology), Furniture by dancker (contract furniture), and d’ploy (logistics solutions)-dancker delivers seamless, holistic solutions for the built environment.
