Management System Planning & Budgeting\nRecommend, plan, and manage short‑term and long‑term information system strategies, initiatives, and budgets.\nEnsure IT investments are prioritised based on business value, risk exposure, and resource availability.\nMonitor IT spending to ensure cost control and optimal utilisation of approved budgets.\n\n3. Policy, Standards & Compliance\nDirect the development, implementation, and enforcement of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure efficient, secure, and cost‑effective IT services.\nEnsure IT practices and documentation comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, internal controls, and audit readiness.\nPromote organisation‑wide awareness on technology usage, cyber security practices, and data protection obligations, including PDPA compliance.\nAdvise management and staff on technology risks, controls, and best practices.\n\n4. Procurement & Vendor Governance\nReview and advise on all major IT‑related procurements, including hardware, software, cloud, and automation services.\nLead or oversee contract negotiations, ensuring service scope, cost, and performance standards are clearly defined.\nMonitor vendor performance and service level adherence, including escalation and corrective actions where required.\n\n5.
