This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function in a hyper-growth environment and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and impact. This role will support both inbound and outbound sales motions - engaging with dental practices who express interest in Dandy while also proactively generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBe the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects.\n\nGenerate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.\n\nTrack sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously improve your processes.\n\nPitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.\n\nCollaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.\n\nContribute ideas to build the FR BDR function from scratch - your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment\n\nLanguage requirements: Fluent English and native-level German\n\nExperience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus)\n\nCommitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings\n\nAbility to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly\n\nExperience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process\n\nOverall track record of professional and academic success\n\nWith the above stated, we are open to candidates of all backgrounds and encourage you to apply if interested!\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with marketplace models\n\nRelentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work\n\nA history of high achievement : We value non-traditional backgrounds if you've shown deep discipline and excelled at something outside of work (e.g., competitive sports, music, or a major personal project).\n\nReq ID: J-1200\nFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
