The person will support our team by completing daily inventory, shipping, and receiving operations based in Utah. In this role, you’ll ensure that materials are shipped and received, the production floor is stocked, and cycle counts and material transfers to other sites are completed in a timely manner according to policy.\nShift: Sun - Wed 6 pm -6 am 12 hr shifts Alternating Wednesdays.\nResponsibilities:\nReceive materials physically and systematically, completing required system transactions\n\nPick and stage materials accurately for live production to ensure seamless operations\n\nPerform daily cycle counts, investigate and escalate inventory discrepancies\n\nManage inventory in NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely transactions\n\nMaintain accurate on-hand records\n\nSupport fulfillment operations by fulfilling and prepping material transfer orders to other Dandy manufacturing locations\n\nFulfilling and shipping scan body cases daily\n\nQualifications:\n1+ years of experience in inventory management, receiving, distribution, production, or fulfillment.\n\nFamiliarity with inventory management or order tracking systems.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nComfortable working with pallet jacks and a forklift\n\nAbility to work on your feet for at least 8 hours per day\n\nBonus Points For:\nKnowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems.\n\nCombined experience in inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, or production\n\nExperience with RF-Smart scanners\n\nFamiliarity with the dental industry\n\nFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
