In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations engine, driving the strategy and execution required to scale production at unprecedented volume and speed. This isn't just about keeping the lights on-it's about building the operational backbone for hypergrowth.\nThis role sits on our central Operations team and is focused on building infrastructure and develop strategic initiatives that solve complex business problems spanning multiple core functions You'll lead projects that determine how we scale operationally across a distributed footprint, and how we coordinate that scale cross-functionally-from Shipping Logistics to Quality to Product & Engineering.\nIf you thrive in complex systems, ambiguous environments, and high-stakes scale decisions - and can both architect the strategy and drive the execution - this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn execution of GTM & cost goals:\nTranslate long-term growth targets into sequenced ramp plans, operational objectives, and cross-functional execution milestones.\n\nLead PMO governance across Pods, Product, Finance, EPD, DDC, Manufacturing, and Strategic Sourcing to ensure cost, TAT, and capacity goals are achieved.\n\nMake high-quality, data-informed decisions that impact cost structure, SLA integrity, and long-term capacity strategy balancing automation acceleration with operational stability.\n\nBuild the Operating Infrastructure for Scale\nBuild and own the full production ramp model\n\nDefine and manage risk thresholds, mitigation frameworks, and contingency plans for scale transitions.\n\nServe as the central source of truth for ramp assumptions and readiness across stakeholders.\n\nRapidly mobilize teams to resolve constraints and protect volume commitments.\n\nEstablish execution cadences, dashboards, and visibility frameworks tying ramp performance to business outcomes.\n\nEnsure cross-functional alignment on trade-offs, sequencing, and capital allocation decisions.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles (consulting, strategy, or product ops experience a plus).\n\nStrong program/project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts.\n\nExperience designing and implementing systems for scale (ERP/MES, scheduling, resource allocation).\n\nData-driven problem solver; comfortable using SQL,, Looker, or similar tools to build visibility and drive decisions.\n\nStrong communicator who can translate operational needs into system requirements and influence cross-functional partners.\n\nSelf-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.\n\nTravel & Location\nBased in the US\n\nWilling and able to travel twice a year\n\nReq ID: J-1314\nFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
