Dandy is hiring an experienced and skilled Senior Counsel, Commercial to drive not only the company’s legal function (including, primarily commercial contracts, sales, go-to-market as well as support corporate, employment, dispute resolution, international market access, etc) but also to drive meaningful P&L value for the business by providing commercial guidance to Dandy’s business units and leadership team from the perspective of legal risks and opportunities.\n\nKey Outcomes/What You’ll Do:\nBe a key member of the legal team, providing appropriate risk management across Dandy’s business while encouraging rapid growth\n\nDraft and negotiate Dandy’s commercial agreements with customers and partners, with an eye toward efficiency and mutually beneficial commercial outcomes\n\nPartner with cross-functional commercial teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Go-to-Market, Marketing to maximize ROI\n\nSupport company initiatives related to product and market launches, pricing, go-to-market motions, and customer lifecycle matters\n\nTranslate legal and other requirements or frameworks across sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders\n\nAdvise internal business partners and executives on legal matters generally and act as trusted advisor on all matters of risk\n\nYou Have:\nThe ability to operate in ambiguity and make quick, and sound, decisions\n\nA bias for speed and comfort with getting to 70% of the right answer quickly\n\nStrategic focus on business outcomes over pure legal risk mitigation\n\nExperience effectively collaborating across multiple teams and priorities\n\nRelentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work\n\nAn unstoppable drive to win and build an iconic, category-defining, business\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n5+ years of experience as a lawyer generally\n\n4+ years of experience in commercial focused work\n\n2+ years of experience in-house at a tech company a plus, B2B startups preferred\n\nJD, LL.M, or equivalent degree, a focus in STEM a plus\n\nFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
